Venezuela – Document Legalization Services Have Resumed

What has changed

As reported by the Autonomous Service of Registration and Public Notary Offices (SAREN), document legalization, apostille, registration, and notarization services have resumed in Venezuela. Services were suspended last week due to damage to the technological platform incurred during the anti-government protests currently taking place in Venezuela.

While services have resumed, the shutdown is anticipated to produce delays of five (5) to seven (7) business days in the processing time of documents which were in process at the time of the shutdown.
