Hong Kong – Visa Requirements Changed for Cambodian Nationals

What has changed

Effective March 1, 2017, Cambodian nationals may apply to enter Hong Kong for investment, training, study, or employment (under the General Employment Policy, the Supplementary Labor Scheme or as foreign domestic helpers). They may also apply for entry under the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, the Immigration Arrangement for Non-Local Graduates and the Admission Scheme for the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents.

Previously, Cambodian nationals were not eligible to apply for any of the aforementioned visa categories.
