Responsibilities

This role is an entry level position with a realistic possibility of growing into an Assistant Immigration Consultant. It will therefore be suited to recent graduates with an interest in a career in Corporate Immigration. The role has a global element to it and will require dynamic and quick thinking personality, as well as good IT skills.   Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing documents and forms in draft;
  • File Management and Database responsibilities;
  • Photo copying/scanning & Invoice processing;
  • Taking and preparing notes during meetings;
  • Booking appointments and monitoring;
  • Courier/post/and application submission management;
  • Assisting Immigration Consultants (global and local) with research and document submission;
  • Answering incoming office calls/Reception;
  • General ad hoc duties.

 

Education and Experience

  • knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office, with proficient use of email and internet, group messaging and data collection
  • high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • previous office experience a plus
  • Immigration/Emigration knowledge a plus
